How to mesure and find your size

Measure your body with a sewing tape measure. You may need the help of another person for certain points.

1. Neck base

Measure around the base of your neck where the collar sits

2. Shoulder

Measure from your shoulder tip to shoulder tip

3. Bust

Measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure under your arms and positioning it at the point of maximum volume.

4. Under Bust

Measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure under your arms and positioning it below the bust

5. Waist

Measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure around your waist.

6. Sleeve

Keep the arm you’re measuring relaxed by your side, and wrap the measuring tape around the peak of your bicep muscle belly — the thickest part of your upper arm. The tape should lie flat and fit securely around your bicep.

7. Hips

Measure the circumference by wrapping the tape measure around your hips.

8 Inside Leg

Measure your inseam is the length from the crotch down to the bottom of the pan determines. On how long your pants going to be a lot of places when they are altering your pants will ask you for your inseam.
